Compliance With the Countys Jury Service Program Clause Samples

The "Compliance with the County’s Jury Service Program" clause requires contractors or vendors to adhere to specific policies established by the county regarding employee participation in jury duty. Typically, this means the contractor must have internal policies that allow their employees to serve on juries without penalty, such as loss of pay or employment status, and may require documentation or reporting to the county to demonstrate compliance. The core function of this clause is to ensure that all entities doing business with the county support civic responsibilities and do not discourage or penalize employees for fulfilling their jury service obligations.
