Compliance with the Data Protection Legislation. 3.1 Each Party must ensure compliance with the Data Protection Legislation at all times during the Term of this Agreement. 3.2 Each Party has such valid registrations and paid such fees as are required by its Supervisory Authority which, by the time that the data sharing is expected to commence, covers the intended data sharing pursuant to this Agreement, unless an exemption applies.
