Compliance with the MDHHS/PIHP Contract Clause Samples

The 'Compliance with the MDHHS/PIHP Contract' clause requires parties to adhere to the terms and conditions set forth in the contract between the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) and the Prepaid Inpatient Health Plan (PIHP). This means that any subcontractors or service providers must follow the same rules, standards, and obligations that the PIHP is bound to under its agreement with MDHHS, such as reporting requirements, service delivery standards, and confidentiality provisions. The core function of this clause is to ensure consistency and legal compliance throughout all levels of service provision, reducing the risk of contractual breaches and maintaining the integrity of the services delivered under the state contract.
