Compliance With the Project Requirements
Compliance with Requirements Any investment program furnished, and any activities performed, by the Manager or by a Sub-Adviser under this Section shall at all times conform to, and be in accordance with, any requirements imposed by: (1) the Act and any rules or regulations in force thereunder; (2) any other applicable laws, rules and regulations; (3) the Declaration of Trust and By-Laws of the Fund as amended from time to time; (4) any policies and determinations of the Board of Trustees of the Fund; and (5) the fundamental policies of the Fund, as reflected in its Registration Statement under the Act or as amended by the shareholders of the Fund.
Compliance Requirements A. Nondiscrimination. The Contractor agrees to comply, and to require its subcontractor(s) to comply, with the nondiscrimination provisions of MCL 37.2209. The Contractor further agrees to comply with the provisions of Section 9:158 of Chapter 112 of the ▇▇▇ Arbor City Code and to assure that applicants are employed and that employees are treated during employment in a manner which provides equal employment opportunity.
Compliance with ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Act requirements The contractor shall comply with the requirements of 29 CFR part 3, which are incorporated by reference in this contract.
Compliance with TIA Every amendment, waiver or supplement of this Indenture or the Securities shall comply with the TIA as then in effect.
Compliance with the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Act There is and has been no failure on the part of the Company or any of the Company’s directors or officers, in their capacities as such, to comply in all material respects with any provision of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Act of 2002 and the rules and regulations promulgated in connection therewith (the “▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Act”), including Section 402 related to loans and Sections 302 and 906 related to certifications.
