Common use of Compliance with the Security Rule Clause in Contracts

Compliance with the Security Rule. Business Associate agrees to comply with the Security Rule with respect to Electronic Protected Health Information and have in place reasonable and appropriate Administrative, Physical, and Technical Safeguards to protect the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability of EPHI and to prevent the use or disclosure of EPHI other than as permitted by this BAA, and as Required by Law.
