During the Prospectus Delivery Period, the Obligors shall comply, in all material respects, with all applicable securities laws, rules and regulations, including, without limitation, the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Act, and use their commercially reasonable efforts to cause the directors and officers of the each of the Obligors, in their capacities as such, to comply, in all material respects, with such laws, rules and regulations, including, without limitation, the provisions of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Act.
