Comply with Requirements Sample Clauses

The 'Comply with Requirements' clause obligates a party to adhere to all specified standards, laws, regulations, or contractual obligations relevant to the agreement. In practice, this means the party must ensure that their actions, products, or services meet all applicable legal and contractual criteria, such as safety codes, industry standards, or client specifications. This clause serves to ensure that all deliverables or conduct under the contract are legally compliant and meet agreed-upon expectations, thereby reducing the risk of legal disputes or substandard performance.
