Comply with. Pay and Discharge All Notes, Mortgages, Deeds of Trust and Leases. Comply with, pay and discharge all existing notes, mortgages, deeds of trust, leases, indentures and any other contractual arrangements to which the Company or any Subsidiary is a party (including, without limitation, all Indebtedness) in accordance with the respective terms of such instruments so as to prevent any default thereunder.
