Components 7. 3.1 The Buyer has entered into a service agreement for development and procurement services (GEE21-012), December 28, 2021 with Ningbo Geely Automobile Research & Development Co., Ltd. (GRI), the Development Agreement, under which GRI and its Affiliates shall provide development and procurement services. The Buyer utilises these services in order to fulfil its obligations and responsibilities under this Section 7.3.

Ltd (PS19-031)., Further, the Buyer has in conjunction with this Agreement entered in to service agreements for procurement services 2023 with Volvo Cars (PS21-071) and Volvo Cars (China) Investment Co. Ltd (PS21-072), under which Volvo Cars and its Affiliates provide Manufacturing Engineer, Supply Chain Management, R&D and Procurement Services relating specifically to manufacturing in the Plant. The Buyer utilises these services in order to fulfil its obligations and responsibilities under this Section 7.3 7. 3.2 The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the Supplier is able to order Components for the production of Contract Products by calling-off such Components from Component suppliers procured by the Buyer.

  • Components Patheon will purchase and test all Components (with the exception of Client-Supplied Components) at Patheon’s expense and as required by the Specifications.

  • Spares The Contractor shall ensure that the Contractor’s operational base at the Site is at all times stocked with spare parts for the Contractor's Equipment that meet the requirements of the Contract, together with all necessary or desirable packing and marking for that purpose and that such spare parts are sufficient to ensure that the Work /services can continue in the event of failure of the Contractor’s Equipment.

  • Configuration The configuration for the Purchase Right Aircraft will be the Detail Specification for Model 767-3S2F aircraft at the revision level in effect at the time of the Supplemental Agreement. Such Detail Specification will be revised to include (i) changes required to obtain required regulatory certificates and (ii) other changes as mutually agreed upon by Boeing and Customer.

  • Third Party Components The Products and Services may contain third party components (including open source software) subject to separate license agreements. To the limited extent a third party license expressly supersedes this ▇▇▇▇, such third party license governs Customer’s use of that third party component.

  • Consumables During the design phase, Purchaser may participate in the selection of suppliers of consumables of the Supplier. In such case, the choice regarding the final selection of the said suppliers shall be mutually agreed between the Parties. Two suppliers shall be identified and selected for each type of consumables.
