Common use of Composite Marks Clause in Contracts

Composite Marks. Subject to Section 5.2, M&P may use the ▇▇▇▇ alone or in combination with another word or words that are not confusingly similar to the name “RSM.”

Composite Marks. Subject to Section 5.2, M&P RSM may use the ▇▇▇▇ (i) alone or (ii) in combination with another word or words that are not confusingly similar to “▇▇▇▇▇▇”, provided that the resulting composite ▇▇▇▇ or name is not confusingly similar to “RSMMcGladrey & ▇▇▇▇▇▇” or any other M&P ▇▇▇▇ in existence at the time such composite term is adopted.”
