Composition of Management Board. (a) Subject to Section 7.2(b), the Management Board shall be initially fixed at four (4) members. Prior to the Effective Date, the Parties shall complete all steps necessary to appoint or cause the appointment of the first four (4) members of the Management Board.   • Composition of Committee A Union/Management Committee shall be established for each Employer covered by this Agreement. The Employer and the Union shall each appoint a minimum of two (2) and a maximum of four (4) representatives to the Union/Management Committee.
