Composition of the Reference Property Unit. If the Reference Property in any Common Share Change Event consists of more than a single type of consideration (determined based in part upon any form of shareholder election), then the composition of the Reference Property Unit will be deemed to be (i) if holders of a majority of the Company’s Common Shares affirmatively make such an election, the weighted average, per Common Share, of the types and amounts of consideration received, per Common Share, by holders of the Common Shares that affirmatively make such an election or (ii) if the holders of a majority of Common Shares do not affirmatively make such an election, the weighted average, per Common Share, of the types and amounts of consideration actually received by the holders of the Common Shares. The Company shall notify Holders of the weighted average as soon as practicable after such determination is made.
