Common use of Composition of the Security Clause in Contracts

Composition of the Security. The Obligations of the Borrowers are secured by the Consolidated Assets of the Borrowers as evidenced by the Collateral Documents. The Consolidated Assets shall stand as one general, continuing collateral security for all Obligations and may be retained by the Lender until all Obligations have been satisfied in full.
