Compost Give-Away Program. Contractor shall operate a Compost Give-away Program, allowing Customers who reside within the SBWMA Service Area to receive up to two- (2-) cubic yard bags of compost at no charge per visit (maximum two (2) visits per week). For Customers that inform the scale attendant that they would like to pick up compost, Contractor shall manage the process as follows: require Customers to show proof of residency (e.g., utility bill or identification card) and direct Customers to the public side of the Transfer Station where they are provided a shovel and bag(s) to fill with compost. At no cost to the Authority or Customers, the compost made available to Customers shall be backhauled by Contractor to the SEC from Designated Processing Facilities that accept Organic Materials from the SEC. The amount of compost to be transported annually by Contractor is approximately 500 to 1,000 Tons per year. At the Authority’s discretion and potentially based on SB 1383 organic waste product procurement needs, Contractor may be instructed to expand the compost give-away program to allow greatly increased the annual Tonnage of compost transported by Contractor to the SEC from the Designated Processing Facilities and given to Customers. Contractor shall also give compost without cost to Member Agencies and shall assist in loading Member Agency vehicles.

  • Educational Program A. DSST PUBLIC SCHOOLS shall implement and maintain the following characteristics of its educational program in addition to those identified in the Network Contract at DSST ▇▇▇▇ MIDDLE SCHOOL (“the School” within Exhibit A-3). These characteristics are subject to modification with the District’s written approval:

  • Orally Administered Anticancer Medication In accordance with RIGL § 27-20-67, prescription drug coverage for orally administered anticancer medications is provided at a level no less favorable than coverage for intravenously administered or injected cancer medications covered under your medical benefit.

  • The Program The Program is a comprehensive commercial energy efficiency program that offers financial incentives and financing for qualifying energy efficiency measures in commercial buildings to customers who are property owners, tenants or managers (customers) of ACE in New Jersey. Customers must receive ACE electric delivery service and be in good standing. Incentives are available to customers for the purchase and installation of qualifying energy-efficiency measures at the location where the qualifying project is to be installed. ▇▇▇ will not offer financial incentives for the same eligible measure to those customers who have received financial incentives or rebates from other ACE energy efficiency programs.

  • Eligible Goods and Related Services 4.1 All the Goods and Related Services to be supplied under the Contract shall have their origin in any country that is eligible in accordance with ITT 3.9. 4.2 For purposes of this ITT, the term “goods” includes commodities, raw material, machinery, equipment, and industrial plants; and “related services” include services such as insurance, installation, training, and initial maintenance.

  • Program 3.01. The Borrower declares its commitment to the Program and its implementation. To this end, and further to Section 5.08 of the General Conditions: (a) the Borrower and the Bank shall from time to time, at the request of either party, exchange views on the Borrower’s macroeconomic policy framework and the progress achieved in carrying out the Program; (b) prior to each such exchange of views, the Borrower shall furnish to the Bank for its review and comment a report on the progress achieved in carrying out the Program, in such detail as the Bank shall reasonably request; and (c) without limitation upon the provisions of paragraphs (a) and (b) of this Section, the Borrower shall promptly inform the Bank of any situation that would have the effect of materially reversing the objectives of the Program or any action taken under the Program including any action specified in Section I of Schedule 1 to this Agreement.
