Common use of Compostables Collection Clause in Contracts

Compostables Collection. 2.2.3.1 Subject Materials Compostables shall be collected each collection cycle from all Single-Family Residences as a part of basic Garbage collection services, without extra charge. Contaminated or oversized Compostables materials rejected by the Contractor at the Curb shall be tagged in a prominent location with an appropriate problem notice explaining why the material was rejected.
