Compounded Daily ▇▇▇▇▇. Where Screen Rate Determination is specified for a Floating Rate Covered Bond in the applicable Final Terms Document as the manner in which the Rate of Interest is to be determined for such Covered Bond, and the Reference Rate is specified in the applicable Final Terms Document as being Compounded Daily ▇▇▇▇▇, the Rate of Interest for each Interest Period will, subject as provided below, be Compounded Daily ▇▇▇▇▇ plus or minus (as indicated in the applicable Final Terms Document) the Margin (if any), as calculated by the Principal Paying Agent (or such other party responsible for the calculation of the Rate of Interest, as specified in the applicable Final Terms Document).

  • INTEREST ON ARREARS Any interest instalment unpaid on maturity shall yield interest, of right and without formal notice, at the same rate as applicable to the portion of the loan whose interest is unpaid on maturity, such interest being payable to the Lender on request.

  • 360-Day Year Interest shall be computed on the basis of a 360-day year for the actual number of days elapsed.

  • Accrual Rate Compensatory time for employees will accrue at the rate of one and one-half hours for each one hour of overtime worked.

  • Interest on late payment Subject to clause 9.7, the Trader or the Distributor (as the case may be) must pay any Tax Invoice issued under this clause 9. If any part of a Tax Invoice that is properly due in accordance with this Agreement is not paid by the due date, Default Interest may be charged on the outstanding amount for the period that the Tax Invoice remains unpaid.
