Comprehensive Approach Clause Samples

The 'Comprehensive Approach' clause establishes that all aspects of a particular subject or process are to be addressed in a thorough and all-encompassing manner. In practice, this means that the parties agree to consider every relevant factor, requirement, or step, leaving no significant element unaddressed; for example, a project plan governed by this clause would require detailed attention to planning, execution, monitoring, and review. The core function of this clause is to ensure completeness and prevent oversight, thereby reducing the risk of gaps or omissions in the subject matter it governs.
Comprehensive Approach. The Company will continue to provide a comprehensive approach to dealing with substance abuse and its related problems. Company assistance will include referral of employees and owner operators to appropriate counseling services or treatment and rehabilitation facilities.
Comprehensive Approach. The parties have found it difficult to deal with development on an ad hoc basis. Doing so results in an inability to provide for the coordinated development of the area and to make the best decisions with respect to the sizing and location of infrastructure improvements. It also results in a process that is cumbersome to developers as well as the parties themselves in that it is difficult to deal intermittently with individual parcels because such a piecemeal approach fails to deal with the overall policy and economic impacts upon the parties. It is therefore the intent to minimize, if not all together prevent, future discomfort, delays, frustration and costs suffered and incurred by the parties and by affected property owners, developers and others interested in any of the property addressed by this Agreement.
Comprehensive Approach. The cornerstone of success in complex project delivery lies in a comprehensive approach to project management. ISF uses a project management methodology based on the requirements of the client and our experience with similar engagements. Clients benefit from our decades of experience, tools, and templates. Predictability, accountability, and flexibility are key elements in our approach that must be embraced by the overall project management approach to ensure client satisfaction and project success. It is not enough to simply start a project and hope for the best. Successful project management must include active and visible leadership, multiple controls and checkpoints with measurable outcomes, and engagement with the customer. ISF believes strong project management is critical throughout the life of any successful project. Quality Assurance. ISF provides quality assurance on every project we undertake, ensuring that project performance stays on time, in scope, and on budget.
