Comprehensive Automobile. Liability Insurance for coverage of owned and non-owned and hired vehicles, trailers or semi-trailers designed for travel on public roads, with a minimum, combined single limit of One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence for bodily injury, including death, and property damage. 18.3.4 If applicable, the Commercial General Liability and Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance policies should include contractual liability for work in connection with construction or demolition work on or within 50 feet of a railroad, or a separate Railroad Protective Liability Policy should be provided. 18.3.5 Excess Liability Insurance over and above the Employers’ Liability, Commercial General Liability and Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance coverages, with a minimum combined single limit of Twenty Million Dollars ($20,000,000) per occurrence and Twenty Million Dollars ($20,000,000) aggregate. The Excess policies should contain the same extensions listed under the Primary policies. 18.3.6 The Commercial General Liability Insurance, Comprehensive Automobile Insurance and Excess Liability Insurance policies of Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner shall name the other Party, its parent, associated and Affiliate companies and their respective directors, officers, agents, servants and employees (“Other Party Group”) as additional insureds using ISO CG Endorsements: CG 20 33 04 13, and CG 20 37 04 13 or CG 20 10 04 13 and CG 20 37 04 13 or equivalent to or better forms. All policies shall contain provisions whereby the insurers waive all rights of subrogation in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement against the Other Party Group and provide thirty (30) Calendar days advance written notice to the Other Party Group prior to anniversary date of cancellation or any material change in coverage or condition.
