Common use of Comprehensive Liability Clause in Contracts

Comprehensive Liability. A commercial general liability insurance policy or policies in which the Landlord and Landlord's Mortgagee(s) (and such additional persons and/or entities as Landlord may request) and Tenant shall be the insured, protecting the Landlord and Landlord's mortgagee(s) (and such additional persons and/or entities as Landlord may request) and Tenant in the amount of at least Three Million and No/100 Dollars ($3,000,000.00) combined, single limit coverage for bodily injury, including death, or property damage, which amount may be increased from time to time by Landlord in its reasonable determination;
