Common use of Comprehensive Liability Clause in Contracts

Comprehensive Liability. Insurance (including bodily and personal injury, property damage, owned, non-owned, leased or hired automobiles, contractual liability, completed operations liability, and contractor's protective liability for loss or damage to property and injury to or death of third parties. Such coverage shall provide a limit of $1,000,000.00 combined single limit bodily injury and property damage for each occurrence subject to an aggregate limit of $1,000,000.00.
