COMPRESSION SERVICES. Utility shall provide the following generally described Compression Services through the ownership, maintenance and operation of Compression Facilities consistent with its regulatory rules and requirements as further described in the Tariff and Exhibit A – Technical Services Scope of Work: Gas conditioning (drying) and compression services to increase the pressure of natural gas received at the outlet of a meter set assembly to a higher pressure for the purposes of . The location of Compression Facilities at the Site shall be described in Exhibit B – Location of Compression Facilities at Site.

COMPRESSION SERVICES. BPE shall provide and shall operate the Compression identified in Exhibit B, including labor sufficient to operate same in a commercially reasonable manner consistent with past practices, including routine maintenance (such as oil changes, preventive maintenance and overhauls), consumables and Minor Repairs. PRB shall be responsible for fuel use and Major Repairs. BPE shall prepare and file with applicable government entities reports relating to the Compression and maintain all permits relating thereto, and shall bear all costs associated therewith. BPE shall not be required to operate any compressor units in addition to the Compression without a change in the Fee.
