Common use of Computation of Payment Clause in Contracts

Computation of Payment. Sick leave may be charged in quarter (1/4) hour increments. Sick leave absences are charged at the rate of one quarter (1/4) hour of sick leave for each quarter hour (1/4) of absence. A. Part day sick leave shall commence at the time the employee leaves the work area and shall end at the time the employee returns to the work area. B.
