Common use of Computer Files Marked Clause in Contracts

Computer Files Marked. GMAC shall, at its own expense, on or prior to the Closing Date, indicate in its computer files created in connection with the Receivables that the Receivables have been sold to ▇▇▇▇ pursuant to this Agreement and the First Step Receivables Assignment and deliver to ▇▇▇▇ the Schedule of Receivables certified by an officer of GMAC to be true, correct and complete.
