COMPUTER KNOW-HOW AND MARKETING INFORMATION. All Computer Know-how and Marketing Information used by each of the Group Companies is owned by it or is the subject of a valid grant of rights to the relevant Company (as the case may be) and is not subject to any restriction which materially and adversely affects the relevant Company's ability to use it for the purpose of its business.

  • Technical Information The Employer agrees to provide to the Union such information that is available relating to employees in the bargaining unit, as may be required by the Union for collective bargaining purposes.

  • Billing Information 6.1 NLT and the RL shall provide each other with information within their possession that is necessary to allow them to provide accurate and timely billing to each other and to any other relevant third parties.

You may not publish any advertisement or distribute sales literature or other written material to the public that makes reference to us or any of the Funds (except material that we furnished to you) without our prior written approval.

  • Updating information You must tell us promptly if information you have provided to us changes, including if your billing address changes or if your use of energy changes (for example, if you start running a business at the premises).
