Computer Safety. The Employer and the Union recognize that any introduction of computer technology creates health and safety concerns that are difficult to resolve, in part because of the limitations of what is known about long-term effects. Both Parties acknowledge a desire to maintain a high level of standards, and agree that the Health and Safety Committee may establish higher standards than those referred to in this article.
