Common use of Computer Stations Clause in Contracts

Computer Stations. a) Pregnant employees shall have the right to refuse to work at computer stations with video display monitors that emit potentially hazardous radiation. b) The Employer agrees to supply on request computer-screen filters for video display terminals in the workplace. c) In purchasing new or replacement computer station equipment, the Employer shall make all reasonable efforts to ensure that the computer station equipment meets current ergonomic standards in order to provide for the comfort and health of the Employees.
