Computing Time. In computing any period of time prescribed or allowed by this Agreement for taking some action, the following rules shall apply: (a) The day of the act, event, or occurrence from which the designated period of time begins shall not be included or counted. (b) The last day of the designated period of time shall be included or counted, unless it is a Saturday, a Sunday or Holiday (observed), in which case the period runs until the end of the next Business Day. (c) Whenever this Agreement requires some action to be taken within a prescribed period of time after the service of a notice or other paper, and the notice or other paper is served by mail, five (5) days shall be added to the prescribed period.
