Concern Regarding Payment Responsibility for Conversion of Field Sample Clauses

This clause defines which party is responsible for the costs associated with converting a field, such as changing its use, structure, or compliance with new regulations. In practice, it specifies whether the owner, tenant, or another party must pay for necessary modifications, upgrades, or adaptations to the field during the term of an agreement. By clearly allocating financial responsibility, the clause helps prevent disputes and ensures that all parties understand their obligations regarding field conversion expenses.
