Common use of Concerning Fees Clause in Contracts

Concerning Fees. The Borrowers shall not be entitled to any credit, rebate or repayment of the Agent's Fee, Line (Unused) Fee, or other fee previously earned by the Agent or any Lender pursuant to this Agreement notwithstanding any termination of this Agreement or suspension or termination of the Agent's and any Lender's respective obligation to make loans and advances hereunder.
