Common use of Concession Payments Clause in Contracts

Concession Payments. CONCESSIONAIRE agrees to the following payment terms to the DISTRICT in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement: a. CONCESSIONAIRE shall pay a monthly rental fee of $300. b. This monthly rental fee for the right to operate the snack bar facility at ▇▇▇▇▇ Community Park shall be payable to the DISTRICT monthly and shall be paid on or before the tenth (10th) day of the month, following the month in which the sales are made. With each monthly payment, the CONCESSIONAIRE shall furnish the DISTRICT with a statement reflecting all gross receipts from the use and occupancy of the real property and any business conducted thereon during the prior month. Upon request by CONCESSIONAIRE, the DISTRICT will provide a sample statement for CONCESSIONAIRE to use.
