Concessionaire Events of Default. The following events shall be events of default by the Concessionaire (each a "Concessionaire Event of Default") which if not cured within the time period permitted (if any) to cure, shall give rise to the right on the part of the Government to terminate this Agreement under Clause 13.3, provided that no such event shall be a Concessionaire Event of Default if it results from (i) the Government's breach of this Agreement, (ii) a breach by the Power Purchaser of the Power Purchase Agreement, (iii) a breach by the Heat Purchaser of the Heat Purchase Agreement or (iv) a Force Majeure Event: 13.1.1 failure of the Concessionaire to achieve the:
