Concessionaire Responsibilities. 8. The Concession Stand shall be properly staffed in order to satisfactorily provide services and prevent undue delay to customers. The Concessionaire shall plan its staffing in advance and anticipate to the best of its ability any events, such as holidays or special events, which may require additional or altered staffing. In the event that the Owner determines in their sole discretion that the Concessionaire is not adequately staffing the Concession Stand, they may notify the Concessionaire of that fact and the Concessionaire shall endeavor to immediately increase their staffing to meet the Owner's recommendation. 9. The Concessionaire shall provide sufficient training to its employees, agents, and/or representatives for the development of the skills and techniques necessary to perform their obligations under this Agreement including, but not limited to, promoting customer service, presentation, cleanliness, positive attitude, and promoting the Owner's policies. 10. All of the Concessionaire's employees, agents, representatives, or licensees shall have a neat, clean, and sanitary personal appearance. Those who come in direct contact with the public shall wear clothing or identification which distinguishes them as employees of the Concessionaire. The Concessionaire's employees shall adhere to the following dress code: T shirt with logo Shorts or pants 11. The Concessionaire shall comply with and perform the Services in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and city laws including, without limitation, all Township city codes, ordinances, resolutions, standards, and policies, as now existing or hereafter adopted or amended, including but not limited to the following: a. Federal, state, and local health, safety, and licensing laws relating to the sale of concession goods; and b. Township resolution provisions requiring any person or entity doing business in the Township to obtain a business registration, including securing all applicable licenses through the Hamilton County Health Department. 12. The Concessionaire shall maintain all equipment and facilities in a clean manner. All grease or other materials must be properly and safely disposed of. Surrounding areas shall be remain clean of trash and trash cans shall be emptied each night in the dumpster located at Colerain Park.
Concessionaire Responsibilities. (a) The Concessionaire shall operate and maintain the visitor services described in this Contract and any related support facilities and services, including any Reclamation provided facilities and improvements, to such an extent and in a manner considered satisfactory by Reclamation. The Concessionaire shall provide the personnel, improvements, equipment, goods, and commodities necessary for providing, operating, and maintaining the visitor services in accordance with this Contract, including but not necessarily limited to the following: (1) All equipment necessary to operate the concession store and fuel distribution system (2) All equipment necessary to construct and maintain docks and rental slips (3) Vehicle and vessel support for the concession operation (4) Tools and maintenance equipment needed for maintenance of facilities (5) Residence(s) (b) In the event the existing Concessionaire wishes to develop a mobile residence(s) within the Concession area, the Concessionaire must receive prior written approval from Reclamation regarding the type and quality of the mobile residence to be used and its placement. It must be maintained in a condition that allows it to be removed from the concession site, at the Concessionaire’s sole expense, at the termination or expiration of this Contract, if so required. (c) Concessionaire responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: (1) Paying monthly operation fees for the Area telephone system (2) Mowing and watering lawn areas and watering planted trees within the Area (3) Picking up trash and litter within the Area, and disposing of garbage off site at a State approved municipal solid waste landfill (4) No burning or burying of trash is permitted (5) Paying all utility costs incurred by the Concession, including LP gas and electricity (6) Securing and winterizing buildings and improvements at the end of the recreation season (7) Obtaining all licenses and permits necessary to operate the concession (8) Providing Reclamation a copy of all licenses upon request or during scheduled inspections (9) Placing, anchoring, adjusting, or otherwise operating and maintaining service docks and the boat ramp courtesy dock (10) Maintaining, repairing, or replacing the domestic water system, heating systems, septic system, telephone and electrical systems, gasoline system (including the pump and delivery hoses) (11) Pumping out sewage effluent from the Area’s outdoor vault toilets and concession septic tank as ne...
Concessionaire Responsibilities. The Concessionaire, at its sole expense, will relocate all non-permanent fixtures, furnishings and equipment to the new lease space; provide any additional fixtures, furnishings, and equipment that the Concessionaire finds necessary or desirable to fully use the new lease space; and vacate and surrender the former lease space to the State when the new space is completed.

Remove all nonpermanent fixtures, furnishings, and equipment from the former Office-Counter Space, leaving the space in a neat, clean, and presentable condition to the satisfaction of the State. 2. Provide any additional fixtures, furnishings, and equipment that the Concessionaire finds necessary or desirable to fully use the new Office- Counter Space. 3. Vacate and surrender the former Office-Counter Space to the State when the new space is completed. 4. Remove the Concessionaire's signs from Ready-Return Spaces formerly rented to the Concessionaire and provide and install signs at any new Ready-Return Spaces that are rented to the Concessionaire. The State and the Concessionaire will perform their respective obligations under this Article in an expeditious manner, excluding delays that are beyond the control of the respective parties. The new Office-Counter Space will have a floor area similar in size to the space being vacated by the Concessionaire. The State will make every reasonable effort to ensure that the new space will provide access and exposure to passenger traffic similar to that of the former space. However, the State will not be responsible for any financial losses that the Concessionaire may incur due to relocation under this Article unless the losses are the result of a breach by the State of its obligations under this Article.

  • Licensee’s Responsibilities Licensee will be responsible for any and all damage to or relocation of existing facilities. Further, Licensee shall reimburse the City for all costs of replacing or repairing any property of the City, or of others, that is damaged by or on behalf of Licensee as a result of activities under this Agreement.

  • COUNTY’S RESPONSIBILITIES A. A County program liaison will monitor the submission of all correspondence required in this Agreement, including, but not limited to: 1. Quarterly Treatment Reports; 2. Financial reports such as annual budgets, cost allocation plans, and cost reports; 3. Incident reports; 4. Outcome data; 5. Monthly ▇▇▇▇▇ Reports 6. Other requested reports B. A County program liaison may visit Contractor during the contract term. The visits shall be for the purpose of reviewing any aspect of Contractor’s program operations. The visit may include, but is not limited to: 1. Review all pertinent participant records. 2. Conduct appropriate interviews/discussions with participants served by Contractor. 3. Review and monitor all correspondence and reports submitted by Contractor related to Contractor’s services provided under this Agreement. 4. Meet with appropriate program management and operations staff. 5. Conduct site visit(s) to Contractor’s program(s) at least once during the term of the Agreement to review all aspects of program operations. Site visit(s) may include a review of Contractor’s programmatic and fiscal documentation related to required reports on services specified in the Exhibits. a. Provide a written site review report documenting areas of compliance and any necessary corrective action(s) required. 6. A County program liaison may attend an organized activity of a selected component or selected components of Contractor’s program(s) at least once during the contract term. C. AODS will conduct periodic mandatory treatment provider meetings with representatives of all contracted service providers and appropriate staff. D. Provide ongoing technical assistance as needed. E. AODS shall act as intermediary on behalf of each contracted alcohol and drug service provider in the submission of the California Outcomes Measurement System (CalOMS) data submissions to the State of California. I. GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS A. Attend each of the following meetings: 1. Contractor shall attend periodic mandatory meetings; and 2. Drug and Alcohol Information System for You (DAISY) User Group meeting. 3. Other meetings as required by the County B. Contractor shall acknowledge the San Mateo County Alcohol and Other Drug Services (AODS) and/or the County of San Mateo as a funding source on newly developed promotional materials. C. Subcontracting requirements: 1. Pursuant to paragraph 12 of the body of this Agreement, Contractor may subcontract for provision of services described in this Agreement with written approval of the Director of the Human Services Agency or her designee. If Contractor subcontracts for any services under this Agreement, Contractor will guarantee that any and all subcontractors have and maintain the same level of insurance coverage required of the Contractor under this Agreement. Contractor and County will be listed as additional insured on all applicable insurance of subcontractor.

  • Specific Responsibilities Without limiting the responsibilities of the Manager, the Manager will: 1. Maintain office facilities (which may be in the offices of the Manager or a corporate affiliate but shall be in such location as the Trust reasonably determines). 2. Compile data for, prepare for execution by the Fund and file all the Fund’s federal and state tax returns and required tax filings other than those required by this Agreement to be made by the Fund’s custodian and transfer agent. 4. Prepare the Trust’s Annual and Semi-Annual Reports to Shareholders and amendments to its Registration Statements (on Form N-1A or any replacement therefor). 6. Compile data for, prepare and file timely Notices to the SEC required pursuant to Rule 24f-2 under the 1940 Act. 7. Determine the daily pricing of the portfolio securities and computation of the net asset value and the net income of Fund in accordance with the Prospectus, resolutions of the Trust’s Board of Trustees, and the procedures set forth in EXHIBIT A: NET ASSET VALUE CALCULATIONS. 8. Keep and maintain the financial accounts and records of the Fund and provide the Trust with certain reports, as needed or requested by the Fund. 9. Provide officers for the Trust as requested by the Trust’s Board of Trustees. 10. Perform fund accounting services for the Fund as set forth in EXHIBIT B: FUND ACCOUNTING FUNCTIONS. 11. Generally assist in all aspects of the operations of the Fund.

  • Tenant Responsibilities Tenant will keep the Leased Premises and the fixtures and equipment therein in good order and condition, will take good care thereof and will suffer no waste or damage thereto. Tenant will promptly repair at its own expense any damage to the Leased Premises caused by bringing into the premises any property for Tenant's use or by the installation or removal of such property, regardless of fault or by who such damage shall be caused, unless caused by Landlord, its agents, employees or contractors; and, in default of such repairs by Tenant, Landlord shall make the same and Tenant agrees to pay the costs thereof to Landlord promptly upon Landlord's demand therefor. At the expiration or other termination of the Lease Term, Tenant will surrender the Leased Premises broom clean and in the same order and condition in which they were on the Rent Commencement Date, ordinary wear and tear excepted. All repairs and maintenance required to be performed by Tenant shall be made or performed immediately upon the occurrence of the necessity therefor, and shall be made or performed in a first class manner, using first class materials, by a contractor approved by Landlord and bonded unless waived by Landlord, and shall be made or performed in accordance with (i) all laws and all applicable governmental codes and requirements, and (ii) insurance requirements. Maintenance and repair of equipment such as kitchen fixtures, auxiliary air-conditioning equipment, private bathroom fixtures and any other type of special equipment, together with related plumbing or electrical services, whether installed by Tenant or by Landlord on behalf of Tenant, shall be the sole responsibility of Tenant, and Landlord shall have no obligation in connection therewith. If Tenant refuses or neglects to promptly commence and complete repairs or maintenance necessary to satisfy the provisions of this Section, the Landlord may, but shall not be required to, make and complete said repairs or maintenance and Tenant shall pay the cost therefor (including overhead) to Landlord upon demand, as Additional Rent.
