Common use of Concurrent Approval Clause in Contracts

Concurrent Approval. The City, concurrently with the approval of this Agreement, is approving the following First Phase Governmental Action: 1. Annexation of that portion of the Property legally described on Exhibit “B”. 2. Rezoning that portion of the Property legally described and shown on Exhibit “C” from AG Agricultural District to ▇-▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and from AG Agricultural to I-1 Industrial. 3. Approval of the Preliminary Plat.
