Common use of Concurrent Closing Actions Clause in Contracts

Concurrent Closing Actions. All actions to be taken by the Parties at Closing shall be deemed to have been taken simultaneously and to have validly occurred only if and when all such actions have been taken and completed. In the event that Closing cannot be completed, the Parties undertake to unwind all Closing actions initiated or taken.
