Common use of Concurrent Closing Clause in Contracts

Concurrent Closing. The transactions contemplated by the Agreement and Plan of Reorganization dated December 12, 1997, by and between TGI and Rainbow Trucking Services, Inc. and the Agreement and Plan of Reorganization dated December 12, 1997, by and between TGI and T.W. Transport, Inc. shall have been consummated on or before the Closing Date.

Concurrent Closing. The transactions contemplated by the Agreement and Plan of Reorganization dated December 12, 1997, by and between TGI and Rainbow Trucking ServicesHawk Enterprises, Inc. and the Agreement and Plan of Reorganization dated December 12, 1997, by and between TGI and T.W. Transport, Inc. shall have been consummated on or before the Closing Date.
