Concurrent Obligations. Where both parties have a duty under a health and safety Law in relation to the Works, each party must, so far as is reasonably practicable: (a) ensure the health and safety of workers and other persons to the extent of its influence and control; and (b) to that end, consult, co-operate with and coordinate activities with the other party.
