Concurrent Remedies Sample Clauses
The Concurrent Remedies clause allows a party to pursue multiple legal or equitable remedies at the same time if there is a breach or dispute under the contract. For example, a party may seek both monetary damages and an injunction without having to choose one remedy over the other. This clause ensures that parties are not limited to a single course of action, thereby maximizing their ability to protect their interests and effectively address breaches or other contractual issues.
