Common use of Concurrent Requirements Clause in Contracts

Concurrent Requirements. It is a condition of this agreement that all of the requirements of sections 13 and 14 are concurrent requirements and it is agreed that nothing will be completed on t he Completion Date until everything required to be paid, executed and delivered on t he Completion Date has been so paid, executed and delivered and until the District’s solicitors have satisfied themselves as to the registration and priority of the Transfer.
