Common use of Concurrent Requirements Clause in Contracts

Concurrent Requirements. It is a condition of this Agreement that all the requirements in Section 7.2 are concurrent requirements and it is agreed that nothing will be completed on the Closing Date until everything required to be paid, executed and delivered on the Closing Date has been so paid, executed and delivered.
