Common use of Concurrent Requirements Clause in Contracts

Concurrent Requirements. It is a condition of this Agreement that all requirements of this Article 9 are deemed to be concurrent requirements and it is agreed that nothing will be finalized at the Completion Date until everything required to be paid, executed and delivered on the Completion Date has been so paid, executed and delivered.

Concurrent Requirements.
