Common use of Condition and Delivery of Premises Clause in Contracts

Condition and Delivery of Premises. The Organization agrees that it is familiar with the condition of the Premises and hereby accepts the foregoing on an “As-Is,” “Where-Is” basis. The Organization represents and warrants that it has made its own inspection of the foregoing and is satisfied with the results of such inspection. The City shall not be obligated to make any repairs, replacements or improvements (structural or otherwise) of any kind or nature to the foregoing in connection with, or in consideration of, this Agreement, except as expressly and specifically stated in this Agreement.
