Common use of CONDITION AND PACKAGING Clause in Contracts

CONDITION AND PACKAGING. All containers/packaging shall be suitable for handling, storage or shipment, without damage to the contents. The Company shall make shipments using the minimum number of containers consistent with the requirements of safe transit, available mode of transportation routing. The Company will be responsible for confirming that packing is sufficient to assure that all the materials arrive at the correct destination in an undamaged condition ready for their intended use.
