Condition and Repair. Each Borrower shall maintain its Equipment and all of the other Loan Collateral used in the operation of its business in good repair and working order subject to reasonable wear and tear, and shall make all appropriate repairs, improvements and replacements thereof so that the business carried on in connection therewith may be properly conducted at all times.
