Common use of Condition at End of Term Clause in Contracts

Condition at End of Term. Upon the termination of this Lease or upon the expiration of the Term of this Lease, Lessee shall surrender the Premises in the same condition as received, ordinary and reasonable wear and tear and damage by Condemnation, fire, earthquake, casualty, act of God or the elements alone excepted.

Condition at End of Term. Upon the termination of this Lease or upon the expiration of the Term term of this Lease, Lessee shall surrender the Premises in the same condition as received, ordinary and reasonable wear and tear and damage by Condemnation, fire, earthquake, casualty, act of God or the elements alone elements, alterations or additions permitted under this Lease and acts of abutting property owners and persons over whom Lessee has no control over excepted. Lessee shall leave the Premises broom clean.
