Condition in Compliance with Laws. Tenant, at its sole cost and expense, shall keep the Premises and the Improvements (together with all equipment, trade fixtures, mechanical and utility systems, paving, installations and appurtenances) in full compliance with all Laws and the requirements of any insurer providing insurance for the Premises and the Improvements or any part thereof.
