Condition of Continued Employment. All present employees covered by this agreement who are not members of the bargaining agent's labor organization who do not make application for membership therein within the thirty (30) calendar days of the effective date of this agreement shall, as a condition of continued employment, pay to the bargaining agent an amount equal to the initiation fee and/or the monthly dues of the bargaining agent as a contribution toward the administration of this agreement.
