Condition of Hosting Facility. No later than the first arrival of Client’s Servers and at all times up to and until the termination of this Agreement, Host shall provide Client with sufficient server rooms, server positions, racks, power load and facilities, broadband network and network facilities, heat dissipation facilities, sand, rain and snow-proofing facilities, temperature and humidity monitoring and sensing equipment, security monitoring, and any other equipment reasonably required for the normal operation of the Hosted Servers.
