CONDITION OF THE DWELLING UNIT. By signing this Lease, the Tenant acknowledges that the unit is safe, clean and in good condition. The Tenant agrees that all appliances and equipment in the unit are in good working order. The Tenant also agrees that the Landlord has made no promises to decorate, alter, repair or improve the unit, except as listed on the Unit Inspection Report.
