Condition of the Leased Premises. Lessee shall not damage the Leased Premises and will maintain the Leased Premises in a clean, attractive condition and in good repair, ordinary wear and tear excepted. Upon termination of this Lease, Lessee will surrender and deliver up the Leased Premises in good order and repair and in the same condition as upon the Commencement Date of this Lease, ordinary wear and tear excepted.
