Common use of Condition of the Leased Premises Clause in Contracts

Condition of the Leased Premises. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ has examined the Leased Premises, including the existing building on the Leased Premises, and accepts the same in present condition. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall return the property to Lessor upon expiration or termination of this Agreement, in the same condition as received, ordinary wear and tear excepted. Lessor acknowledges and agrees that ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall have no responsibility or liability for any existing conditions on the Property caused by prior users of the property or otherwise existing as of the effective date of this Agreement. This includes but is not limited to any hazardous waste or hazardous material or other toxic substances stored, disposed, spilled, or dumped on the property or other environmental pollution caused to the property by the previous occupant, ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ Hardware, or any other previous owners or users of the property.
